Your statements are processed and sent out each month, on the same day every month.  We call this a cycle.  There are three different cycles.  You can chose the cycle you want your statements to be sent out on.  The three cycle dates are the 21st, 26th, and 1st.  Each cycle processes all charges and payments received up to midnight that day.  Once your statements are processed they are prepared and sent out to your customers via email or mail on that same day.

How do I indicate what charges I want on the customer's statement?

You will use our website application Obex Home to record your charges.  You can use the website from any computer or mobile device that has internet access.  The website has several extremely simply options for recording charges.

No.  All payments made by your customers are mailed or submitted directly to you.  The #9 window return envelope is designed to show your address when your customer inserts their payment along with the tear-off stub at the top of their bill.  Emailed bills include a make payment button, and your customers can also go to an Obex provided payment portal to submit payments.

No problem.  Just use one of the website screens to indicate which bill you want us to send back to you.
